Welcome to imonlywood.com
Hi and thanks for stopping by! As a brief introduction, this is a Christian ministry dedicated to helping others find true freedom through Jesus. With that said, you don’t have to be a Christian to take advantage of the great benefits you’ll find inside, and regardless of your faith (or lack thereof) you’re as welcome as anyone else to become a member here. After all, the only way Jesus was able to witness to the lost, was to mingle with them! :0)
The concept behind this ministry is fairly simple, and based, in part, on parts of the book of Matthew (chapters 14 & 15). While these are, by no means, the only times Jesus tended to the physical needs of the people, they are great examples of what some of the goals are for this site. The entire reason Jesus came to earth was to die for your sins and mine. His ultimate goal for each and every one of us was (and is) salvation and eternal life. At the same time, he was (and is) also concerned with our immediate needs…our physical situation in the present moment of time.
Chapters 14 & 15 of Matthew are great examples of this. In both chapters, he’s faced with huge crowds of people that he’s been ministering to all day. Actually in chapter 15, it’s been three days. When he was ready to leave, he could have simply left…but he didn’t. He fed them first, so they wouldn’t go away hungry. Thousands fed with a few fish and loaves of bread. He could have sent them home as they were, but he didn’t. Do you know why?
“Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I have compassion for these people; they have already been with me three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, or they may collapse on the way.” (Matt. 15:32)
He had compassion for them. He didn’t want them to leave hungry. He was concerned they might collapse along the way. That was Jesus. That is Jesus! He’s no different today. Our spiritual prosperity is his primary concern. But he’s also concerned with our physical prosperity. That’s why he went around healing people. And would you believe it? He’s also concerned about our financial prosperity! How can we possibly give to others when we’re barely making ends meet for ourselves?
And that’s why this site is here. To help you prosper in all areas of your life…spiritual, physical and financial! Most of us are in bondage to one thing or another without even realizing it. Debt, for instance, is a heavy chain that affects all three areas of our lives. While this site can’t get you out of debt, it can give you tools to use and strategies to implement (based on the Bible) that can help you find freedom from debt. It offers ways you can save a tremendous amount of money, even in using the things you need on a daily basis!
Like Jesus, the primary goal here is your spiritual prosperity…but your physical and financial prosperity are concerns, as well. Hopefully, you’ll find a little help with all three within imonlywood.com!
Inside, you’ll find savings on groceries, gas (up to 50% off), prescription medicines, strategies to save thousands on your mortgage (without spending “extra” money) and more. There will be ways for you to earn extra money, if you’re willing to spend a little time in doing it. Tips on everything from inexpensively decorating your home to taking care of your dog. Recipes for pretty much any occasion you can think of, baby shower ideas, fitness and diets, fishing and golf! Not to mention, of course, some really great stuff about the person that made all this possible….Jesus, of course!
Just a quick note, here. My job isn’t to try to persuade you, convince you, or change your mind toward your faith and your beliefs. My job is simply to make available to you some thoughts and ideas, based on the Bible, that may help you deepen your relationship with God. It’s up to you to study and pray about them, and to make yourself open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. May this site be a blessing to you and those you love…and may the Lord be with you and keep you!
I’d like to take just a brief moment to invite you to stop by our “Products” page. Got some great books and special gifts (at super prices!) that are awesome for anyone or any occasion! We do change ‘em around a little from time to time, so be sure to drop in often! Again, thanks for stopping by!

I just love to be apart of the hevenly body and like minded people who love the Father it brings me great joy…
I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that is concerned about the financial health of Christians. If there is one thing the devil fears, it is a Christian with money.

The aim of life is to live a divine life. We are living in this world. We know that man does not live by bread alone. He needs the soul in order to live in the world of God’s Reality. The soul alone has the capacity to see and feel the known and the Unknown, the existent and the non-existent, the dream of the past, the achievement of the present and the hope of the future.
Hi read your article on man and dinosaurs and the like. I had a comment to add. Lucifer has always found it to his pleasure to attempt to mock God. I always felt that he caused the dinosaurs as a direct mocking of Gods forthcoming creation. I studied the scripture and realize that Lucifer did corrupt the human race by inbreeding his fallen demons with the daughters of man. Thus the flood to eliminate the renegade race as spoke of in Genesis. Everything God does, he has a cheap imitation of but cannot produce the salvation experience that I know is real and satisfying. Praying for your ministry. Keep up the good work. In His Name John Lloyd
I usually don’t post in Blogs but your blog forced me to, amazing work.. beautiful …
nice posts and nice site Great post man! Continue!
, I believe He meant it. In fact, annyoe who says that the elect sinner has to meet a condition in order to be saved should take note of these biblical propositions:1.The righteousness of God that is revealed in the gospel is His salvation of sinners based on the propitiatory sacrifice and imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ alone (Rms 3:21-4:8; 10:4; 2 Cor 5:21).2.Those who are ignorant of the righteousness of God revealed in the gospel are going about to establish a righteousness of their own and are thus lost, no matter how zealous they are for God (Romans 10:1-3).3.Anyone who does not abide in the doctrine of Christ is lost (2 Jn 9).4.Anyone who speaks peace to one who brings a false gospel is lost (2 Jn 11)Robert, I’d be interested to know what you think of our website.
They’re both very imtorpant, but his death is more imtorpant. You can’t really have his death without his birth though. And Christians aren’t calendar worshiping pagans, in case you aren’t perceptive enough to notice. We don’t celebrate clocks, dates, the Zodiac, leap year, or the seasons. We celebrate the events of Christ’s life, it really doesn’t matter what day we celebrate them, except maybe to a Pharisee that fails to see the forest for the trees.
